I feel passionate about creating trust with clients and help transform their lives

I am an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) and a RDT(Registered Drama Therapist). I’ve maintained a private practice in the SF Bay Area since 2010, working as an intern in the Living Arts Center.

I am also an actor, theater director, and improve artist. I’ve developed personal healing theater with groups and individuals for the last 15 years in a variety of settings. I believe in the power of theater, when used intentionally and compassionately, to foster healing and creativity.

I work with kids, adults, and couples to find and reclaim power and balance. I have training and experience to work with anxiety, depression, childhood abuse, and sexual trauma. I can help you with skill building, resources, and experiences that will provide a foundation for healing, a new sense of being in the world, and confidence to create the life that you want.

My fee is $180 per 60-minute of individual, couples and family sessions.

Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance at this time, but at your request, I will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider. Feel free to contact me if you have questions about how this works.​
